if it didn't break,before you want to put one on, just make sure you don't move anything as you put the new one on. if it did break,there is a hole in the back of the timing cover that you put a 1/8 drill ,or something equivilant,and line up the cam gear's hole with the drill bit. then you sent the crank gear up with the timing mark. that will put everything in time.then set the tension belt pulley. also,if the belt broke,make sure you blow any fragments of belt out of the bottom,where the belt goes on. i've seen it where if you don't,the fragments will make it jump time. hope this helps.ron.
