    Rubber meets the road

I have an '04 w/ 255/70R-15 on 8.5 X 15 alloys and have a great deal of room in the rear wheel well. BUT my bed is a flareside. On the front w/ the same alloy wheel I have trouble w/ the 225's rubbing the lower suspension member. My twuck has a nice "california tilt" which I prefer. The front problem is not the tires, but rather the rim is too wide. Hope this helps somewhat.
