    Small "bump" when accelerating in 1st and/or 2nd gear

    transmission is this automatic trans ? probably low on transmission fluid or needs to time for filter and fluid change on transmission

    hesitation and cutout under load 3.0 automatic

    2002 ford ranger edge automatic with 3.0 v6. coil and plugs were replaced at 100,000 miles. i have cutout and hesitation and a bucking sensation when i punch the gas while cruising at say 40 mph. i my truck how has 117,000 mile on it !

    1st gear thump at acceleration

    I own a 2000 ford ranger edge 3.0 automatic trans with 117,000 miles it thumps into 1st gear at takeoff from full stop. any ideas !
