I would just junk the third member but if I do that I'll have to change out the whole thing. The recess in the (cover) isn't big enough for the 8.8 ring gear and the axle shafts are not the same. Then I'll have to swap out the rear end to make it right. I priced the front out of an explorer...

95 ranger xl 2.3l 5 speed manual

I'm looking for some info on the dana 35 with the dana 28 guts in it. I can't find the bearing and seal kit for it, and ford says that there is no such thing. Does anyone know what I am talkin about or do i have the only one of them?

I have a 1995 ranger xl 4wd. It has a dana 35 hybrid in it, I can't find the bearing and seal kit for it anywhere. I have even contacted ford parts department, and they say that there wasn't any front diff. like that one made by ford. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
