It shouldn't be. The worst thing is the driver's side bumper mount is a pretty tweaked (5 minute fix with a come-along and a concrete post). As far as interior, the cloth 60/40 is so filthy I'd just rather install a new seat or even cheap buckets and a console. This should be a fun project.
