Im halfway through swapping my transmissions, and i need to know if the flywheel for the m5od bolts directly to the crank. can anybody help me out?

I'm swapping the automatic in my 93 for a 5 SPD. Does anybody know if my drive lines will be different lengths, and if they are, what would the new lengths be?

I want max off-road capabilities that I can get while still having a daily driver that I can take to college.

I'm looking to lift my '93 4.0L 4wd. I'm thinking around 3" but i'm not sure if a body lift is a good idea and i can't find a 3" suspension lift. Any ideas?
