Thank you for all the help that yall have provided so far!!! Wouldn't some of those larger things be noticed by a licensed auto mechanic? I took it in for the shaking and they only said it needed a tune up.

I got a new IAC installed about a month ago. It was so dirty/gummed up that he wouldn't start. I believe that it is just the motor. Shakes when I put it in gear and take off from a stop signor red light but not when I get up to like 30-45 mph (speed limit here)

Ok thanks. Think i'm going to use some SeaFoam and see if that helps. Don't think the previous owner was very good to my truck. It had apparently never had a tuneup, still had original spark plugs and i got it with over 120k miles on it. Oh and I also had to get a new IAC valve installed...
