    i have the same door ajar problem on my 98 xlt and white lithium grease or wd40 worked fine.:-)

    squeaky when wet/cold

    the wet/cold squecky situation the bearings in the pully wheels are probably going bad mine did the same i have a 98 with the 4.0L and i changed the idoler pully and it quit sqeuking.
