Well I checked every where and could not find any leaks. What I did do was replace the power steering cap and it seems to be fine now. The other cap was a little loose. Thanks for the replies.

I have a 1993 3.0 automatic Ranger. I had noticed a while back that there was a small amount of power steering fluid on top of the refil cap. I checked the fluid at the time and it was at the proper level. I dried the top of the cap and noticed it a few more times with fluid on top of the cap...
