I have an 04 ford ranger and my valves are shot. I was told it would be cheaper to swap the heads out than to try and have a valve job done at a shop. Which I'm all for except I haven't been able to find heads anywhere.. at least heads off a ranger. I read that the heads from the ford taurus 3.0...
