    2001 Ranger thermostat

    The thermostat went bad in my 2001 ranger 2.3L and the temp gauge wasn't working, so i replaced the whole assembly and the code went away but the temp gauge still doesn't move was wondering if anyone new what the problem could be. Note: when i took the old assembly out the spring was released...

    2001 Ranger "intake manifold runner stuck open" code

    My 2001 Ranger 2.3 4Cylinder had the check engine light on so i hooked it up to the OBD II Scanner and got a "intake manifold runner stuck open" code. My questions are: 1. What exactly is the runner?unsure: 2. How do I get it "un"-stuck?;)
